{{first_name | Hi}}, your strategic AI update is here.

China is building an AI-native workforce, Oracle trades human capital for compute in a brutal strategic rotate, and the talent war is now a closed loop. The "Global Intelligence Crisis" has begun. Citrini Research models the collapse of seat-based SaaS by 2028, forcing a hard pivot from selling friction to owning data.

Agentic AI moves from pilot to production

Current level of AGI platform adoption within organizational workflows

Pilot purgatory is dead. CrewAI’s recent data shows 100% of enterprises plan to expand agentic AI this year, while Deloitte tracks a 50% surge in worker access. Leaders have finished testing feasibility and now deploy agents to solve expensive problems without human intervention.

What leaders can do

  • Federate agent development to domain-specific teams

  • Audit data pipelines for decision quality

  • Launch pilots with strict ninety day limits

  • Anchor value in proprietary data moats

Deep workflow agents vs the unified workspace

Recently embedded agents directly into Jira workflows via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Best for: Engineering teams needing agents that live inside the ticket workflow.

Choose if you…

  • Prioritize deep context from your "Teamwork Graph" over generic chat.

  • Need agents to autonomously update status, draft code, or manage dependencies.

  • Want granular control over permissions within specific projects.

Recently launched "Super Agents" to handle end-to-end workflows across tasks and apps.

Best for: Operational leaders wanting one neural network connecting tasks, docs, and people.

Choose if you…

  • Want to replace fragmented tools with one AI layer that finds work across your stack.

  • Need to automate busy work like generating standups and progress updates instantly.

  • Value a unified platform where project and knowledge management live together.

Karol Hausman raises $1B to give robots a brain

Industrial robots are precise but fragile. Move a box an inch, and the line stops. Karol Hausman, along with fellow computer science doctoral grads Yevgen Chebotar and Ryan Julian, left Google to solve this brittleness. Their startup, Physical Intelligence, just secured $1B to build a "general-purpose brain" for machines. Instead of hard-coding movements, their foundation model allows robots to learn tasks from experience. They are moving robotics from rigid scripts to adaptive intelligence, creating machines that finally understand the messy physical world. Read more

Diagnosing the execution gap

"All-in-one" platforms are a trap. You trade simplicity for control, becoming a hostage to your vendor's roadmap while superior AI tools remain out of reach.

Teams reject pilots to protect their current output. When a new tool threatens their daily quota, they default to the old workflow to keep shipping. This is rational economic behavior. If you don't de-risk the transition, they will block the roadmap to keep the lights on.

Three moves to close the value gap:

  1. Audit the risk. Ask "What is the specific capital risk to your department if this pilot fails?"

  2. Architect the role. Shift their KPI from "maintaining status quo" to "remediating workflow debt."

  3. De-risk the pilot. Replace the permanent mandate with a reversible 90-day execution plan.

Transformative Reads

One book, handpicked from my conversations with friends, industry leaders, and tech innovators:

Rewired by Lamarre, Smaje, and Zemmel explains why transformations fail: companies buy software but keep legacy operating models. This is a technical manual for the hard work of scaling AI. It details the specific talent, data, and governance shifts required to escape pilot purgatory.

Perfect for: Leaders stuck in the gap between a successful pilot and a scalable business.
